Your Logan Utah Real Estate Agent is now required to be a little bit smarter, or at least a little bit more educated.

The Utah Legislature passed a bill requiring Utah Real Estate agents to have atleast 18 hours of continuing education credit every two years. Previously, this amount was just 12 hours of CE credit. Hopefully this will help real estate agents to have more knowledge related to the increasingly complicated real estate transactions.

This additional real estate education help agents gain more knowledge related to the increasingly complicated real estate transactions. It's never a bad thing to have more education.
