April 2010 home sales of Clinton Utah real estate were almost alike to those from April of 2009. Number of homes sold during April this year totaled 30 compared to 31 total homes sold in April last year. Year over year home sales decrease slightly by 3.23%.

Original list price of all homes sold was lower in April this year of $179,450 compared to $185,000 of April 2009. Median sold price last April 2009 was $175,000 while in April this year median sold price was at $167,500. Prices of homes dropped 4.29% year over year.

During April this year, homes were sold for 93% of their original list price. These homes sold a median square feet size of 2,139. Each square foot of these homes cost nearly $85.55 from $80.10 in February. Typically, these homes had four bedrooms and two baths.

Number of Clinton active listings in the market to date totaled 182 with 33 homes under contract. A month ago, Clinton has 175 homes for sale in the market with 39 homes under contract.
